Mathtest screen shot of a math problem.

Overview
Mathtest has existed for many years, and continues to be a math learning game preferred by parents, teachers, and most importantly--kids. While my intent is to modernize Mathtest for the 21st century, I continue to offer the Version 3.60 software here, and invite you to experience the no-fluff, to-the-point, down-to-Earth arcade action that makes Mathtest mean Math.
Mathtest 3.60 is free software and can be used at home or in the classroom. It will run on any Windows machine and IBM-compatible PC which can display color graphics.
Mathtest Information
Mathtest is a math game designed for elementary school-aged students and up. The object of Mathtest is to solve math problems quickly and accurately. As problems are solved, one of three short and simple arcade-style games are shown.
Mathtest can let students practice a wide variety of problems in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. In addition to basic problems, Mathtest can generate problems which involve the use of regrouping (carrying and borrowing), negative numbers, decimals, long multiplication and division, and individual multiplication tables.
Mathtest can be configured with a variety of options. Drill modes or the practice option can be selected to let the user solve math problems without the arcade games appearing. The timer can be adjusted or turned off. For quiet environments, a sound on/off option is provided.
